We began attending bbq and steak cook off competitions around 2000. We fell in love with cooking competitively and soon realized there was a market for our rub. We have used it for years and now you can too.

We are available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event.
Out and About Locally
Many weekends we enjoy competing in local steak competitions. Keep an eye out in your area for SCA cookoffs, and you just may see us there!
